MyTeammate.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an AI business-development platform that helps teams research prospects, coordinate outreach, and manage customer workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you sign up.
• Workspace Data: Business goals, prospect criteria, and conversation transcripts you provide while working with Emma.
• Voice Data: Audio input processed through our voice interface for speech-to-text conversion. We do not store raw audio recordings after transcription.
• Connected Service Data: Information accessed through integrations you authorize, such as CRM, email, calendar, and prospecting services.
• Usage Data: Interaction logs, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To research prospects and coordinate business-development work as directed by you.
• To process voice commands and natural language instructions.
• To improve our AI-assisted workflows and response quality.
• To communicate with you about your projects and account.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Our platform uses third-party services to power AI assistance and connected workflows:

• AI model providers: For language understanding, research synthesis, and workflow assistance.
• Deepgram: For voice processing and transcription.
• Integration providers: For access to services you explicitly connect.
• Supabase: For database services and authentication.

These providers process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the information and business content you provide through the Platform. You may request to export, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and isolated workspace data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can start account deletion from the app’s account controls or the account deletion page. Deletion includes your MyTeammate login identity, personal conversations, call notes, uploads, and connected credentials. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.

The deletion page shows progress until cleanup is complete. Other workspace members retain their accounts and remaining data; an owner must transfer ownership before leaving a shared workspace without another owner. Workspaces with no remaining members close. Minimal deletion receipt identifiers and timestamps remain to prevent delayed work from restoring deleted data. Deletion from live services does not immediately erase existing backups or copies on disconnected devices. Contact us if you need help with those copies.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
